• Full payment is required to secure your booking.

• We accept payments via bank transfer and other approved payment methods.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date are eligible for a partial refund.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or operational challenges. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate booking details and contact information.

• Customers must adhere to agreed pickup and drop-off times to avoid delays.

• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings during transport.
